SECRET KEY ISSUING METHOD, ENCRYPTION COMMUNICATION METHOD AND ENCRYPTION COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secret key issuing method by which the center can easily issue a secret key to each entity with security and to provide an encryption communication system adopting this method. SOLUTION: An entity desiring issue of its own specific secret key transmits its own password to the center by the public key system through the access to a home page via a server or directly by an electronic mail. The center issues the secret key which is specific to each entity, to each entity according to the secret key system where entity's private information is encrypted on the basis of the password of this entity.
