SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound up type capacitor with high capacity and superior in leakage current and impedance characteristics in a high-frequency region. SOLUTION: This capacitor includes a capacitor element 10, made up of anode electrode foil 1 with a dielectric oxide coating and a cathode foil 2. The electrode foils 1 and 2 are wound up with a separator 3 in-between. The separator 3 is made of a nonwoven cloth obtained in a resin-based span bond method, or a separator 3, impregnated with polyester resin using wet method. A solid electrolyte 4 is formed between the anode electrode and the cathode electrode in a structure, then the capacitor having superior impedance characteristic and a small leakage current is obtained.
