PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-room ventilation device preventing the flowing of a smell into other room when a plurality of rooms are ventilated, simple in piping of a duct and excellent in workability. SOLUTION: A multi-room ventilation device comprises a plurality of suction ports communicating with a plurality of rooms through a suction duct; a blower to suck air through the suction ports and perform exhaust; an exhaust port to exhaust air to the outside of a house by the blower; and at least two exhaust air passages through which air is sucked and which extend to the exhaust port. At least one of the suction ports consists of first and second opening parts communicating with the two exhaust air passages. A selecting means is provided to select either the first or second opening part.
