PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce kinetic energy loss of temperature controlled air which flows from an air conditioner set on a ceiling to a floor diffusing port and uniform the room temperature. SOLUTION: A double wall 6, a double floor 7 and an under-window double wall 8, all of which are communicated with each other, are provided around an air-conditioning room 1. A floor diffusing port 9 is opened on a floor and an under-window diffusing port 10 is opened on the top of the under-window double wall. A ceiling suspended air conditioner 11 is set on a ceiling, and a dynamic pressure recovering device 13 for permitting the cross section of an air passage to limitlessly extend is connected to an outlet port 11c so as to communicate with a wide and thin space 6c in the wall 6. Temperature controlled air discharged from the air conditioner 11 is converted to hydrostatic pressure in the dynamic pressure recovering device, being reduced in current velocity and stabilized in the dynamic pressure, receives rectifying operation in the space 6c, enters into the floor 7, wherein channel area changes little, from the space 6c, and discharged from the port 9 and the port 10 through a space in the wall 8.
