PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat type drying machine, capable of preventing the spotted drying of farm products and controlling them individually even when the farm products, cultivated by a plurality of farmhouses, are received in drying chambers simultaneously. SOLUTION: Dry air, produced by a burner 22, is sucked by a fan 24 to ventilate the same into a tubular duct 26 and discharge the same from a plurality of air discharging ports 28 formed on the duct 26 into an air guidance chamber 18. The dry air, discharged into the air guidance chamber 18, is supplied into drying chambers 14 through an air permeable bottom wall 16 whereby the farm products, such as crops or the like, in the drying chambers 14 can be dried. When the products of a plurality of farmhouses, whose amount of harvest is small, are received in the drying chambers 14 simultaneously, the thickness of the products is thickened and a predetermined pressure can be applied to the air guidance chamber 18 whereby the dry air can be supplied evenly to the products in the drying chambers and the spotted drying of the products can be prevented. Respective farmhouses receive the products differently into respective individual chambers 14A, partitioned by partitioning plates 32, whereby the farm products can be controlled individually by respective farmhouses.
