PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a network resource while providing information changing as time lapses to clients with the leadbly a server in a radio data communication. SOLUTION: The server transmits packets to the client 200 in a push form with the leadbly the server. The packets include contents data denoting contents of information to be served from the server 100 to the client 200 and there is a plurality of kinds in media of the contents data. In this case, arrangement information designating a reproduction mode of the contents data generated in each of the media is transmitted with less frequency than that of the contents data.
