PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor which can be used for a long period without failure and the like and also separates fluid. SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 10 has a sensor diaphragm 12 and fluid pressure to be detected can work on one end of the diaphragm. The sensor diaphragm is made of an electrically nonconductive elastomer material and electrically conductive particles are uniformly embedded and dispersed in the material with such density that the compression of the sensor diaphragm caused by the fluid pressure generates measurable variation in the electric resistivity.
