PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete an excellent drying system, by raising the efficiency of heat required for dehumidification and drying, and saving energy more, and besides, removing the occurrence of irregular drying, and enabling higher- speed drying, in a bath room which has a function of drying washing. SOLUTION: This is a dehumidifying and drying system in a bath room, which is equipped with a port for suction of air within a bath room provided at the ceiling of the bath room, a port for blowout of air into the bath room, and an evaporator and a condenser within a housing continuous to the air suction port, and in which a refrigerant circulates between the evaporator and the condenser, and a compressor is arranged in the circulation path wherein the refrigerant goes from the evaporator to the condenser, and also a throttle regulating valve is arranged in the circulation path which goes from the condenser to the evaporator, and which compulsively transfers air, which has passed the evaporator and the condenser, to the air blowout port installed at the side wall of the bath room.
