PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of effectively utilizing the respective resources of the device and efficiently performing plural kinds of image processing without lowering productivity even while operating the device. SOLUTION: This image processor is provided with a process controller 211 connected to the plural function units of an image processor 204 or the like for applying image processing such as work editing to image data for controlling process control between respective units and transmitting/receiving of image data between the respective units and a ROM 213, in which processing information on the contents of image processing to the image data is previously stored, the processing controller 211 stores the processing information from the ROM 213 into a host buffer 507 provided inside the image processor 204 and on the basis of the processing information stored in the host buffer 507, the image processor 204 applies image processing.
