PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heater supporting device of a fixing device capable of weakening the spring power of an electrode plate and easily mounting a heater at the time of assembly and obtaining stable pressurizing power by the electrode plate after the assembly. SOLUTION: This heater supporting device of the fixing device respectively supports both ends of the heater disposed inside the roller main body of a heating roller rotatably supported by a fixing housing by the electrode plates. At least one of the electrode plates is composed of a bent and formed metal plate provided with spring characteristics, one end part is supported by the fixing housing, the other end part is pressurized by the spring power to the end part of the heater and the heater is supported. The intermediate part of the electrode plate is detachably fixed by screwing a bolt to a female screw provided on the fixing housing through a bolt insertion hole provided in the intermediate part.
