PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the material cost and the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This is an air blowout and suction port device comprising a vane F consisting of a vane body 1 and its rotary shaft 2, and a frame W where this vane F is attached by inserting both ends of the rotary shaft 2 into the holes 5 provided at its side plate 4, one sheet of rectangular metallic plate is bent in two and folded on itself at the middle in widthwise direction, and its bend part is made a tubular part, and its folded part is made a plate part. Both ends of the plate part are removed, leaving the tubular part and the plate part, they are made into said rotary shaft and the vane body 1, and besides the hole 5 at the side plate of the said frame W is made into the one of such size that it gives load to the rotation of the vane F by the friction with the rotary shaft.
