<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fixing work of an optical cable, when an optical cable winding machine starting from one steel tower side of a span arrives at a front steel tower. SOLUTION: A swiveling frame 24 of the optical cable winding machine 21 is provided with an optical cable guide mechanism 150. The optical cable guiding mechanism 150 has a backward extending arm 151, a first optical cable guide 151 which is mounted at the arm and is used to avoid interference with a rearward traveling pulley 56 and a second optical cable guide for drawing the optical cable emerging from the first optical cable guide toward the overhead earth-wire side. Since the distance up to the point, where the optical cable delivered from a bobbin winds around the overhead earth-wire, becomes short, the distance from the front end of the optical cable winding machine to the winding point of the optical cable becomes short as well. When the optical cable winding machine, therefore arrives at the front steel tower, the work to fix the final winding point P of the optical cable to the overhead earth-wire to the overhead earth-wire by using a binder, such as a tape, in order to prevent the loosening of the optical cable is facilitated.</p> |
