<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TDMA communication system that can automatically establish timing synchronization without the need for a visit of maintenance personnel to a concerned station and for manual setting of relay number and arrangement information from a base station. SOLUTION: A multiplexer section 12 of a host station 1 multiplexes a result of an incremented relay number onto a main signals as a relay number in order to transmit the relay number to a subordinate station 2. The subordinate station 2 generates a reference timing of its own station based on the relay number extracted by a demultiplexer section 22, and a phase difference discrimination section 13 decides a phase difference between the reference timing and incoming timing of a monitor burst signal from the subordinate station. The phase difference decision section 13 has a 1st adjustment section that shifts transmission timing in the unit of prescribed K-bits on the basis of the phase difference, a 2nd adjustment section that shifts the timing in the unit of one bit and a 3rd adjustment section that shifts the timing in the unit of 1/n bit.</p> |
