PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for developing instrument suited to human body form, with which an instrument considering human body form can be developed totally while utilizing a CAD modeling technology, and a method for producing the relevant instrument while utilizing this device. Human engineering design has been hardly implemented because the appearance property of design is regarded more important or there is no example of developing the relevant instrument totally by the CAD modeling technology using three-dimensional (3D) human body form measurement data. SOLUTION: The data of a 3D human body model, prescribed 3D instrument model or 3D basic model are read while utilizing the CAD modeling technology and the form of one part of the 3D human body model is transferred to the 3D instrument model or 3D instrument model having a form suited to the human body form is generated on the basis of a 3D transfer model transferred to the 3D basic model. Besides, the relevant instrument is produced on the basis of the data of this 3D instrument model.
