PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-understand high-grade data description method capable of easily operating data and judging the propriety and consistency of the data for substituting the expression method of a chart form relating to a network model. SOLUTION: In this data description method, the data relating to all objects are made into blocks and the relation of the object and the other object is related by association and included inside the respective blocks. The objects are classified into instance (proper noun, characteristic value) objects and class (common noun) objects and class object association is described in a definition part (classification part) called a class library. Thus, the data of the network model are easily understandably expressed so as to easily operate the data and the judgment of the propriety/consistency of the data is made possible.
