摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate inspecting device which can accurately measure and decide a flow rate conforming to an actual use state without deforming nor flawing a body 2 to be inspected when measuring the flow rate. SOLUTION: An inspected fluid supply part 4 is provided with a movable body 7 which is held slidably and the movable body 7 is pressed against the body 2 to be inspected with the pressure of inspection fluid. Consequently, only a small load is placed in a connection state and the whole body 2 to be inspected elastically deforms with the pressing load, so that an opening valve quantity does not vary. No elastic seal member is used for a connection part, so a misdecision due to a component defect or seal defect resulting from flawing at the time of the connection is not made. Here, the axial pressure reception area of the movable body 7 is equal to the pressure reception area of the body 2 to be inspected in an actual use state. Consequently, the body 2 is pressed and sealed with pressure conforming to the actual use state at the time of measurement. The flow rate conforming to the actual use state can accurately be measured and decided.
