PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, with which a property investment consultant can easily and concretely present a portfolio plan corresponding to the real life condition of a general individual concerning the property investment of that individual. SOLUTION: This portfolio planning system for individual property is composed of a means for dividing the present owned property for each of long, middle and short periods, means for determining a risk rate by periods, means for calculating the constitution ratios of respective categories concerning nine categories composed of the long, middle and short periods and high, middle and low risks, means for assigning property amounts to these nine categories, and means for presenting plural investment cases by nine categories and presenting concrete investment objects suited to the property amounts. |
