PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch easy in assembling a key top and a link member and with good operation. SOLUTION: A link 47 and a link 48 are assembled and turned mutually until both of them lie horizontally. Locking pins 55, 56 attached to the link 47 and a locking rod 61 attached to the link 48 are inserted with slide grooves 68, 69 in locking parts 66, 67 on a holder plate 65 through openings 68B, 69D, respectively, then pushed to the bottoms of the grooves where the pins 55, 56 and the rod 61 are fitted. A locking rod 53 attached to the link 47 and pins 63, 64 attached to the link 48 are put in front of locking groove 44, in a key top 41. Then, by pushing the key top 41 down, the rod 53 and the pins 63, 64 are snapped in the groove 45.
