PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator cover capable of curtailing a time necessary for mounting and demounting the same. SOLUTION: This insulator cover 11 is composed of a cover body 12 surrounding an outer periphery of an insulator, and plural skeletons 21 mounted in an inner periphery 13 of the cover body 12 at intervals along the extending direction of the insulator. The skeletons 21 have the shape formed by partially cutting and opening a ring, and are opened in the same direction as each other, and the cover body 12 can expanded and contracted in the extending direction of the insulator by the skeletons 21 while keeping its curved state. Further, the cover body 12 is provided with a pair of engagement parts 31 to engaged to each other, at a distance on both edges 14 to be fitted in surrounding the outer peripheral part of the insulator, and insertion parts 42 for inserting a cord 41 are formed along peripheral edges 16 forming openings 15 at both sides of the insulator.
