PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display element allowing control elements to be arranged in a array form correspondingly an array arrangement of pixel electrodes even when the lay-out form of the control elements does not coincide with an area form of the pixel electrodes. SOLUTION: The purpose is achieved by arranging plural electrodes in a form of arrays at the same pitch in the direction of row and in the direction of column almost orthogonal to the row direction, and arranging control elements in a form of arrays in a 1st direction at an angle of θ (0<θ<π/2) to the direction of row and in a 2nd direction almost orthogonal to the 1st direction. |
