ACTUATOR MECHANISM OF LIMIT SWITCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limit switch capable of detecting an object in all direction with a single switch so as to improve detecting accuracy and reliability of the limit switch. SOLUTION: A contact of a limit switch is held with a first link supported at one end with free rotation and a second link supported at another end of the first link with free rotation. A spring connects the links to hold the contact in free position with predetermined relative angle between the first and the second links. By this means, the single limit switch can detect an object regardless of the mode of movement, for example, to approach or to separate and vertically or horizontally of any direction.
