PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of an optical integrating circuit board on a flat surface including a curve optical waveguide in the circuit and also to reduce the loss of the optical integrated circuit on the flat surface, including the curve optical waveguide in the circuit. SOLUTION: This curve optical waveguide branched from a linear optical waveguide is divided into plural rectangular waveguides, and moreover the width of the cross section of the rectangular waveguide is made narrower than that of the cross section of the of the linear part of the optical waveguide. |
