PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a Pelytier element to improve substantial thermal efficiency and facilitate mounting. SOLUTION: By locating a Peltier element between a body to be cooled and a heat exchanger and intercoupling a member thermally insulated from the body to be cooled and the heat exchanger, it is a feature that the Pltier element is forced into contact with and held at the body to be cooled by the heat exchanger.
