PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of accelerating image forming speed and enhancing image quality. SOLUTION: After the surfaces of electrified image carriers 1Y, 1M, 1C and 1K are exposed and electrostatic latent images are formed on the image carriers, the electrostatic latent images are developed by developing devices 4Y, 4M, 4C and 4K. Then, at the time of forming the image at a high image formation speed, a maximum toner amount per unit area for developing the electrostatic latent image is reduced as compared to the case of forming the image at a low speed. |
