摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non open-cut propulsion construction method used for burying a fluid transportation pipe such as a water pipe etc., in the ground, and a self-collapsing annular structure for this method, which structure is used for transmitting a propulsion force during execution and collapses naturally after execution, thereby producing earthquake resistance in the pipe. SOLUTION: When forming a pipe such as a water pipe, constituted by joining a plurality of ducts together, an annular structure which can transmit a propulsion force and collapses of itself after burying the pipe is fitted on an inserting port, then the inserting port 2 is inserted into a socket, after that, propulsion is carried out by transmitting a propulsion force through the structure to a preceding pipe, and after completion of the propulsion, the structure is collapsed naturally so that the inserting port and the socket are movable in the longitudinal direction. For this purpose, the annular structure consists of hydraulic hardened material obtained by solidifying a hydrate property hardening material containing a delay expansion destructive material. The delay expansion destructive material contains a cement expandable by hydration reaction, and coated with a water repellency organo silicon compound.</p>
