PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display device by which a user can recognize the temperature distribution of a region to be detected and which enhances the apparatus usage feeling of an electric apparatus by detecting the temperature distribution of the region to be detected and displaying the temperature distribution on the front of an electric apparatus body or in a remote control part. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a thermopile module 10 in which a region 4 to be detected such as, e.g. the inside of a room or the inside of the warehouse of the electric apparatus is divided into a plurality of regions so as to detect the temperature of every region. Temperature information on every region which is detected by the thermopile module 10 is displayed, as the temperature distribution so as to correspond to every region, on a display means 16 such as a liquid crystal screen or the like which comprises a plurality of display regions corresponding to the matrixlike arrangement of thermopiles 1 in the thermopile module 10.
