PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating and air-conditioning system and a method for ventilation and air conditioning which is able to prevent dust or the like in an area of low purification degree from entering into an area of high purification degree, and in which more exhaust fans or the like can be readily installed. SOLUTION: A plurality of areas 1, 2, 3 having different purification degrees depending on the operations conducted in the individual rooms, are disposed in the order of higher purification degrees. The area 1, which has the highest purification degree, is provided with an air supply device having filters 7, 8 for purifying air. Ventilators 14, 16 are located between the adjacent areas 1, 2, 3, which permit the air to flow from a high purification area to a low purification area. The lowest purification area 3 is provided with an exhaust device 9. The system is also provided with control devices 21, 22, 23 for controlling an airflow rate of the air supply device 5, the ventilators 14, 16 and the exhaust device 9 so that the air supply rate in each of the areas 1, 2, 3 becomes larger than the exhaust rate. |
