PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device for microscope capable of easily setting an image pickup condition of high resolution. SOLUTION: An average luminance value is found by a luminance value calculating part 15 by using image data in real time by the CCD 3 of low resolution used in the case of focusing or so, and an optimum exposure time is decided for the CCD 4 of high resolution used in main photographing while referring to a table for deciding exposure time. |
