PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high slew rate differential amplifier circuit that can reduce current consumption and maintain stability. SOLUTION: This high slew rate differential amplifier circuit is characterized in that it is a combination of a P-channel MOS sub current source 6 formed by connecting a current source circuit consisting of series connection of a transistor(TR) M18 receiving the gate voltage of a P-channel MOS output TR M15 at its gate and a constant current source TR M17 in parallel with a constant current source TR M1 of a P-channel MOS differential input section 1, and an N-channel MOS sub current source 7 formed by connecting a current source circuit consisting of series connection of a TR M19 receiving the gate voltage of an N-channel MOS output TR M16 at its gate and constant current source TR M20 in parallel with a constant current source TR M6 of an N- channel MOS differential input section 2. |
