PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining device of parts capable of joining two parts by arranging them in the prescribed positional relationship and capable of largely restraining the transmission of vibration between the respective parts and a motor having this joining device and having a low sound pressure level of a generating vibration sound. SOLUTION: A support member 33 is arranged between these parts in a state of gently fitting a fitting projection part 37 of the other part 32 in a fitting recessed part 36 of one part 31. This support member abuts at intervals in the circumferential direction in plural positions to the fitting recessed part 36 and the fitting projection part 37, and one part 31 and the other part 32 are arranged in the prescribed positional relationship. Vibration damping members 34 are interposed in respective voids 46 between the fitting recessed part 36 and the support member 33. Thus, even if one part 31 or the other part 32 vibrates, the vibration is absorbed by the vibration damping members 34, and is transmitted to the other part 32 or one part 31 in a damped state.
