<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip resistor whose value of resistance is in a low range and its manufacturing method, whereas it is comparatively easy to manufacture a chip resistor such as 1005 whose value of resistance is in a high range as the size of the resistor itself is small. SOLUTION: An internal electrodes 13 are formed on one face of a substrate 11, resistors 14 are formed between the internal electrodes 13, the two substrates wherein the resistors 14 are formed are jointed so that the resistors 14 may be contained therein, and then the substrates are divided along dividing grooves 12, thus making electrodes to be used for packaging 17.</p> |
