PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a crystal vibrator that can prevent the characteristic of a crystal vibrator from being deteriorated even when a shock due to a falling object is exerted on the crystal vibrator that is supported in a way of cantilever. SOLUTION: In the structure of a crystal vibrator consisting of airtight terminals consisting of a metallic ring, an insulation member and two lead members penetrated through the insulation member, a crystal chip fixed to two inner leads of the airtight terminals at one end of one major side and a sealing tube covering the crystal chip and to which an outer circumference of the metallic ring is inserted, the inner leads are shaped so that the other end of the crystal chip whose one major side is fixed along the inner lead length direction is placed on a center axis in a sealing tube length direction. The inner leads of the airtight terminals are processed so that the major side of the crystal chip and the inner leads are in line contact or in face contact.
