PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of enhancing developer stirring efficiency and optimizing the supply of developer to a developing roller without being influenced by the inclined arrangement of a developing casing by keeping the quantitative balance of the distribution of the developer. SOLUTION: This developing device 41 is equipped with the developing casing 43, the developing roller 44, and developer stirring shaft bodies 45 and 46 rotating with the roller 44. In the device 41, the shaft bodies 45 and 46 are arranged adjacently to each other and also nearly in parallel with the roller 44, and equipped with a rotary shaft 47 rotating with the roller 44 and plural lines of nearly elliptical stirring blades 49 arranged at a specified tilt angle to the rotary shaft 47. The rotary shaft 47 is provided nearly in parallel with the roller 44, and the blades 49 are arranged nearly in parallel with each other and constituted so that the attaching positions in the axial direction of the opposed blades 49 are made different between the shaft bodies 45 and 46 arranged adjacently. |
