PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transmittable an invention registration statement to a group of an optimum knowledge and resource department in the case of performing the knowledge and resource management of inventions made by a non-developing department, to allow even a quasi-developing department and the non-developing department to easily and also appropriately evaluate the invention registration statement on personnel management, and also to allow even any client device on a network to store the invention registration statement in a server corresponding to a department to which a user belongs. SOLUTION: Each of servers A11 to A14 has a table T1 in which the relations between a technical keyword and servers B11 to B13 corresponding to the technical keyword are described, acquires technical keywords in invention registration statements D1 to D4 in which the workflow of the statements D1 to D4 in client groups A1 to A4 is finished, decides the servers B11 to B13 corresponding to the technical keywords by referring to the table T1 and transmits the statements D1 to D4 to the decided servers B11 to B13. |
