Transmission has driving (3), and driven (4) pulleys placed on input shaft (5) of clutch mechanism. Belt (2) ensures gear transmission between driven and driving pulleys. Clutch mechanism, carried by output shaft (6), is non-progressive jaw clutching-type clutch mechanism placed in casing (19). Control mechanism (13) allows casing to oscillate around output shaft, especially towards tension direction of belt, when clutching system is engaged.
