METHOD FOR PRODUCING GLASS BEAD OF FE-SI ALLOY

PURPOSE: A method for producing glass bead of Fe-Si alloy is provided to achieve improved accuracy and reduce analysis time by allowing the sampling process to be performed in an easy manner. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of putting a fusing agent(1,2,3) into a platinum container(4); a second step of adding mixture of Fe-Si alloy sample and an oxidizer having a melting point lower than that of the agent, onto the center of the agent, in such a manner that the sample is prevented from directly contacting the platinum container; and a third step of putting more fusing agent in the platinum container in such a manner that the mixture of Fe-Si alloy and oxidizer, and the fusing agent injected in the lower portion of the platinum container are covered. The sample, fusing agent and oxidizer are heated to the temperature of 650 to 950 Deg.C in an electric furnace.
