PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image correction technology which is natural, whose processing time is short and which does not need much memory capacity, especially a pseudo filter technology. SOLUTION: An image acquiring part 102 acquires a processing object image. An extreme value detecting part 104 scans the image and detects an extreme value of luminance, etc. A data correcting part 108 performs correction so as to make image data near the extreme value approach the extreme value. Thereby, a pseudo filter effect such as a cross filter is realized in the vicinity of the extreme value. |
