PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner carrier used in an elecrohpotographic process and a developing method by which uniform triboelectric charge can stably be carried out using the toner carrier and a superior image is obtained. SOLUTION: At least the surface of the toner carrier used in a developing method by an elecrophotographic process in which a toner is supplied to the development of an electrostatic latent image is formed with a composition comprising a polyvinyl acetal and metal oxide particles.
