PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a remote controlling thermostatical function in a proper manner by permitting a remote controller to accurately detect temperature irrespective of the air ventilating condition or the like being good or bad in the environment for setting the air conditioner. SOLUTION: A remote controller for the air conditioner comprises a remote controller case 1 having an air introducing port 5, and a circuit substrate 10 accommodated in the case 1 having a temperature detecting circuit and a temperature sensor 26 which is located on the substrate 10 in face to face with the port 5. The remote controller further comprises a compensating means 43 for the outputted data of the temperature detector for compensating the data outputted from the sensor 26, and a means for setting compensation of the temperature data for setting as to whether or not the means 43 should be operated. At the time of setting the air conditioner, the means 43 is rendered to be operated according to the setting environment. In this way, in the remote controlling thermostatical operation after completion of setting, the data outputted from the sensor 26 can be compensated lower to the extent of a given temperature. |
