PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling transfer equipment which improves cooling efficiency in transferring high temperature grain such as pyrolytic residue, avoids a useless downtime of the equipment, improves the transfer property, and maintains the sealing property well. SOLUTION: The cooling transfer equipment is provided with a hopper 1, an inlet duct 2 constituting a main path, a casing 5 for receiving high temperature grain, and a coil spiral 10 for transferring the high temperature grain. Further there are provided in this equipment a cooling jacket 15 for cooling high temperature grain, a driving device 12 for driving the coil spiral 10 by means of a driving shaft 11, and a discharge duct 16 for discharging low temperature grain out of the system, further a branch duct 6 is provided in the inlet duct 2 constituting a branch path. The coil spiral 10 scoops a high temperature fluid at the bottom of the casing 5 to prevent the deposition of the fluid at the bottom.
