PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink water heater/cooler in which workability is enhanced at the time of replacing an empty water tank by dispensing with moving the water tank up and down so that even a slender lady can replace the water tank and which is prevented from tilting upon occurrence of earthquake by lowering the center of gravity of the body thereby enhancing stability. SOLUTION: The drink water heater/cooler comprises a water storage tank 2 for storing water supplied from an water tank 5, a hot water supply system 3 for taking out water from the water storage tank while heating, and a cold water supply system 4 for taking out water from the water storage tank while cooling, all of which are built in a body 1. The water tank is disposed removably on the bottom of the body and water is supplied to the water storage tank by means of a pump 60 through an water supply channel 6.
