PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric connection between a lead and a measuring element from being instable because of foreign matter caught between the lead and the measuring element. SOLUTION: The socket for inspection has measuring elements 7 which butt against many electrodes 3 led out from an outer face of an electronic part 1 and can rotate about axes respectively, and an elastic member 8 for applying an elastic force to the measuring elements 7 thereby restoring rotating measuring elements 7 to an original position. The elastic member 8 is separated to blocks corresponding to sets of measuring elements 7 each including many elements. A notch 8b in formed to a part opposite to an arrangement middle position of the measuring elements 7. |
