PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency mixer circuit from which a large amplitude output can be obtained at a low voltage without increasing the current consumption and with excellent linearity and S/N. SOLUTION: A current source type emitter follower circuit consisting of resistors R1, R2, transistors(TRs) Q13, Q14 and a power supply Vbias is connected to an output of a current output mixer circuit consisting of TRs Q1-Q12.
