PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately inspect a component in a blood used conventionally as an index for detection of a disease and health care guidance by measuring a component in an urine, and to reduce a burden of a subject. SOLUTION: A creatinine excreted quantity of the subject excreted in the urine a day is calculated, a regression expression for expressing correlation between total excreted amount of a specified component excreted in the urine per one day and a concentration of an estimating target component is found, the creatinine quantity in the tested urine and the specified component in the tested urine are measured, a value provided by dividing the creatinine quantity excreted in the urine per one day by the creatinine quantiy in the tested urine creatinine quantity is multiplied by the specified component quantity in the tested urine to calculate the total excreted amount of the specified component in the urine per one day, and the specified component excreted amount is substituted in the regression expression to calaculate the concentration of the estimating target component, in this method and device.
