PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal fitting that can be overlapped with another in electrically connected state and easily operated. SOLUTION: The terminal fitting 1 formed by bending a conductor plate consists of a wire connecting portion 2, and jointing portion 3 overlapped in height direction at mutual fitted position. A male tab 5 extends from the upper wall 4 of the jointing portion 3. The male tab 5 is bent upward from the upper wall 4 and then bent downward along the upper wall 4. The jointing portion 3 is opened at one side thereof, and the male tab 5 is entered from the opening.
