CHECK SYSTEM OF SLIGHT GAS DELIVERY AMOUNT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check system of slight gas delivery amount which can detect precisely slight leakage of gas from a gas conduit in gas supply equipment or the like. SOLUTION: A check system 1 of midnight slight gas delivery amount is equipped with a normal gas supply path passing a normal gas meter 23 and a gas supply path for leakage detection passing a small-sized gas meter 25 for leakage detection which has high sensitivity, in a gas supply system 3. The gas supply paths are switched over with an actuator valve 21 controlled by a control board 27 including a timer switch. In a time zone from midnight 2 to 3, gas is made to flow through the gas supply path for leakage detection, and an integrated value of a gas flow rate is obtained by using the gas meter 25 for leakage detection. Since the integrated value of a slight gas flow rate can be measured precisely, it can be judged precisely on the basis of the integrated value whether slight leakage of gas from the gas conduit exists.
