PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductive load drive circuit that stabilizes its negative feedback operation, enhances a load drive capability by effectively utilizing an idling loop for the stabilization and reduces a switching noise. SOLUTION: This inductive load drive circuit is provided with 1st and 2nd control means that are active for a different voltage range, and allows the 1st and 2nd control means to control a 2nd output stage transistor(TR) in a conductive state for a duplicate drive voltage range. Thus, a switching noise at changeover is decreased so as to enhance a sink capability of an inductive load current by the 2nd output stage TR. |
