PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioner device reducing the number of part items and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: This tensioner device 14 arranged in an engine 1 is provided with a support member 16, a blade shoe 17 having a base end part 17a held by a cylinder block 3, having a tip part 17b supported by the support member 16 and slidingly contacting with a timing chain 11 and a leaf spring 18 being held by the blade shoe 17 and pressing the blade shoe 17 to the timing chain 11 by the elastic force. The support member 16 is integrally molded in the cylinder block 3, and the tip part 17b is slidingly supported by abutting to a guide surface 16a formed on the support member 16.
