PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively supply oil to a sliding part between a gear and a shaft. SOLUTION: In this lubricating structure of a gear support part having an oil staying part 13 for applying oil to the sliding surface 9 between a support hole 7 and a shaft 3 provided on the outer periphery of the shaft 3 passed through the support hole 7 of the gear 5 and rotatably supported, the end part of the oil staying part 13 is provide with a tapered chamfered part 15 and an oil draw part 17 for drawing oil to the sliding part 9.
