摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive mechanism a structure wherein static electricity charged in a rotating member during rotation is released to a fixing member side through contact between conductive elements, suppressing a machinery loss caused by the contact of the conductive elements in early stages of starting, and having excellent wear resistance. SOLUTION: A column 2 of a conductive element is raised on a base plate 1, and a disc 3 becoming a thrust air bearing having a spiral groove on the upper surface thereof is provided directly above the base plate 1. An inner ring 4 becoming a radial air bearing is fixed on an upper part of the column 2, and an outer ring 6 of the radial air bearing is fixed on the inside of a hub 5 of the conductive element becoming a rotation driving portion. One end of a tongue piece 10a or a ring 10a of an elastic member made from the conductive element is abutted on a rotational center of the hub 5, and the other end of the elastic member 10a is locked to an upper center of the column 2.
